Any contract for sale of the item is directly between you and the buyer. The Depository does not take physical or legal possession of the pieces you sell.

By submitting photographs of an item, you warrant that you are the sole owner of the photographs and the item. You warrant that you have full authority and capacity to sell the item.

You assign property in your photographs to TD. TD has full discretion in using these photographs to advertise the item (e.g., whether to include the item in the weekly preview post on Instagram).

TD takes a 20% commission for an item sold through our website. If an item has not sold within the two week time frame, the listing will be taken down and no fees will be applicable.

If the buyer requests compensation, repair work or a refund due the product being materially different from its description / photographs, The Depository will work with you and the buyer to find a solution, but TD will not be liable for any compensation payable to the buyer, nor will TD be responsible for remedying any defects.

If the buyer is due compensation or a refund, you must reimburse TD and TD will pass on the refund / compensation to the buyer. You are responsible for collecting the item from the buyer.

Items are to be listed exclusively through The Depository for a minimum period of two weeks. If the item has not sold after two weeks and you decide you would like to sell it elsewhere, let us know and we will remove the listing.

If the item is being picked up by a courier, The Depository is not liable for the goods in transit. We recommend taking photo/video footage of the item at the time it is collected and agreeing the item’s condition with the courier. If the item is damaged in transit, your photos will be required as evidence of the condition of the item when it left you.
